Hi there! I’m Kathy, an international award-winning TV anchor and reporter, keynote speaker and emcee (I’ve been on more than 100 stages!) and executive speaking coach at Spark Your Speaking.
I’ve been in your shoes before. I used to freeze up speaking in front of other people. My nerves were so bad that I could barely get words out of my mouth without stumbling, rambling, or just forgetting what to say. It hurt my confidence, image and career opportunities. But all hope was not lost. I was able to break through all of those issues and eventually go after my dream career on TV and on the stage.
